A proud Texas A&M University graduate with a degree in Tourism Science, Nancy built her career in hospitality, customer service and higher education before transitioning to real estate.  Her experience working for a builder within the community where she lives, in Latitude Margaritaville Watersound, a 55+ active adult community, gives her a unique perspective on new construction homes, resales, local amenities, and the lifestyle that draws so many to this coastal area.
